Our jazz classes aim to teach students all the different jazz styles, ranging from the lyrical to the more commercial. The dances and strengthening exercises are performed to the latest music and are a brilliant way to keep fit.
Expressive dance styles that combine elements of several dance genres, including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet.
Ballet is the basis for all other forms of dance and encourages good posture, strong core stability, self confidence and musical awareness. The School teaches the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus through all the Grades.
Musical Theatre combines singing, dancing and acting. If you like the idea of learning and performing extracts from well known musicals, this is the class for you.
We believe one of the most important influences in a child’s development is their introduction to music and movement. Using musical stories to tap into their imagination, our classes are designed to enhance co-ordination, balance, musical awareness and listening skills. Sue is very proud of the fact that over the years, many of her baby ballerinas continued with her until they either left to go to university or went on to pursue a career in dance.
If you would like to learn hip-hop, body-popping, floor work and commercial street, ’step up’ and join this class!
